ART IN THE SHOP: Sarah Lyon “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere”
Sarah Lyon is from Louisville, KY, some 2000 miles from our walls and the fair city in which they stand. Her photography, also of Louisville, is however suited so well for these walls that I have never seen so many visitors to the shop, whether for service or conversation, so totally absorbed by them. The large format images are both restful and striking, and altogether beautiful. Please join us for the enthusiastic opening:
Saturday, May 24th, 3-8pm at Luscious Garage

Javier Manrique - Art Opening 10/13
If Luscious Garage were a play, Javier Manrique would be in the cast: the thoughtful, sophisticated artist who graces the set with his artwork, his stories, and his general love of people. We are truly fortunate to have him in our lives.
Javier is a teacher and an accomplished artist; his work has been shown internationally and critically acclaimed. What a pleasure it is to announce the opening of his show at Luscious Garage, our first. The canvases are generous and compliment the unique space; having worked in their company I remain fascinated. “Among Women Only” is one of my favorites, pictured here.
Please join us for refreshments and reflection on Saturday, October 13th, from 4-6. For more information on Javier, check out his website.
